You know it's bad out there when major retailers are having going-out-of-business sales in the middle of the holiday shopping season. Not to be fear-mongering or anything, but this has been impossible not to take note of.
So far: -Linens & Things (all of them) -National Wholesale Liquidators (most of them) -Circuit City (right now, the Livingston and Freehold locations; I think the rest are closing after the holidays)
What's worse is when you go to the Out-Of-Business sales in which everything is 40-80% off and you realize you STILL can't afford it... that was me at Linens-N-Things this weekend.
