I was working for my old boss from seven or eight years ago, who was an asshole, and I just couldn't get anything right, and he kept chewing me out and threatening my job. Like, seriously. No more of those dreams, please.

I'm getting a little annoyed that lately I keep having to go to my parent's house because my dad can't figure anything out on his phone or his computer.
Apparently, last weekend, I finally showed him how to get his voicemails. I know I've shown him how to do this repeatedly, but he forgets each time. He must have had two dozen voice messages dating back months that he never listened to. He also barely understands how text messages work. It's a little frustrating because anytime I try to show him something, it doesn't stick. It doesn't help that he doesn't like wearing his glasses, and you have to be able to see the screen on the phone.
It's the same on the computer. He's figured out how to read emails, but he doesn't know how to respond to them. He had an issue with something he bought on eBay. The item never came, but somehow it was signed for, and he got billed for it. And there's no phone number to call, claims are dealt with online. But I usually only see my parents on the weekends. So this has stretched out for a few weeks now, where I have to go down there and take care of it.
