I'd sing covers of covers. Like the G&R version of "Live and Let Die," the Cheryl Crow version of "Sweet Child of Mine." To top it off, I'd cover Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" where he sang a cover version of his own song (he sang someone else's lyrics).
