Shorts

-One of these days, I'm going to have to convince myself that eating macaroni and cheese with hot dogs for dinner is really bad for me. But not today.

-For the first time ever, it cost me $50 to fill my tank today. I feel like that is an accomplishment of sorts, I think. :P

-In a complete coincidence, for the first time today I had $50 bills dispensed to me by an ATM.

Bah.

Abbie Hofmann, discoverer of LSD, dead at 101 (!)

As a side note, researchers are trying to determine if there actually is a theraputic use for LSD as Hofmann had invisioned. I wonder if they will ever find one. It seeems like so many drugs that are taken recreationally end up banned before practical uses are realized.
