I hope I don't come across as cavaleir to some of the issues facing our world. A lot of serious issues were at play. It's just that this election was definitely one of the more brutal ones in memory, and I'm glad it's being put to rest as of tonight.

Why they chose to add the word "Manhattan" to a picture of the African Savannah is beyond me. Last time I checked (which was last night, mind you), Manhattan looked like this:
