🧦 My building has a laundry room, and I was doing laundry late one night this week. I had laundry in two washing machines. Five minutes before it finished, one of the machines froze, full of water. So I left a big note on that machine, finished the other machine's laundry, and went to bed. The next morning, the building superintendent was kind enough to re-wash my clothing in the good washing machine, run it through the dryer, and fold it for me.

I'm kind of glad I don't own my own washing machine or dryer. I'll keep feeding the machines quarters as I use them.

🥃 I can't help but get the impression that Anderson Cooper doesn't drink at all. He drinks during his New Years' specials with Andy Cohen because he has to, and he gets them down, but he's such an uncomfortable drunk.
