May. 5th, 2020 10:52 pmI haven't mentioned it here, but for a few weeks we went down to a 24 hour week at work. Beginning yesterday we went back up to a 40 hour workweek, and we're getting compensated for the reduced pay. So we got a little bit of an easy schedule for a few weeks. It was a little rough getting back into the swing of a full work week, but I'm doing it.
My parents invited me over last weekend, and then seemed kind of upset that I didn't show up. It's partly that we're still supposed to be social distancing, and partly that my mom is just going to nose her way into my business and nag me about stupid bullshit like she usually does. At least they had the good sense to turn down my aunt's invitation to a big barbecue next weekend.
