(no subject)

I called out of work today with an ungodly migraine. None of my usual tricks would budge it. Thankfully we haven’t been super-busy, so I don’t have to feel too bad about it. I’ve never actually had to call out of work for a migraine before. Once, at my previous job, I asked to go home early, though.

I’m supposed to go to a “couple’s shower” soon. What goes on at these things? I’m also supposed to get something on a gift registry on Amazon, which I can handle.

I’ve spent most of today in bed. Hopefully my last trick that I was holding off on (a magnesium supplement) will ease off the last of this migraine.
