Dec. 29th, 2015 10:29 pmI ended up spending my Christmas with my friends B and M, way out in Pennsylvania. They are a couple I have known for a number of years now, and I periodically make the trip down there and spend the night. It was great staying away from family for a holiday, and as a bonus, I got to do some after-Christmas shopping with the two of them.
We also made a quick trip into Philadelphia for some gambling at the new casino down there. I don't gamble, but we were only there for an hour or so. B gambled a bit while I walked around. We got dinner using his bonus points, and then went back to their house for a while longer before coming home.

The other week, I contacted the new psychiatrist. The lady that I initially spoke to told me it wouldn't be until February that he could see me, but that another lady that kept his books and made his appointments would call me back. Today, the lady that keeps his books called me and said I could see him on January 14. So I call that a win! I can hang out for two more weeks until he can see me.

So it turns out that the headaches I've been having weren't from Lexapro. They were from a bad batch of baby aspirin tablets that I take for my heart. The headaches didn't go away when I stopped the Lexapro, so I looked at everything else I was taking. I stopped the aspirin for a few days, and the headaches stopped. I switched to a different brand, and the headaches didn't come back. Problem solved!
