May. 28th, 2014 11:25 pmSo today I found out that I have a mitral valve prolapse. I had an echocardiograph done a few weeks ago, and a follow-up appointment today. I haven't felt any chest pains or anything, so this was kind of a surprise. Many people have one and it isn't problematic, but it's important enough that my cardiologist wants to keep an eye on it.

My father is volunteering me to help him sell his garage crap at the Englishtown Auction on Saturday. I don't feel like going. Saturday mornings are for sleeping in. Blah.
I told my dad that now that he's retired, it's time to finish all of his little projects around the garage and get all the old generators and lawnmowers and old engines and tools put together and sold. It gives him something to do, and it saves me the trouble of having to deal with all of his things when he gets older. I know that sounds self-serving, but my father has a garage, basement, attic, and tool shed absolutely filled with various machine parts, and there is no way I would know what to do with it.
So I guess I could give him a hand at Englishtown.
