Apr. 11th, 2014 09:45 pmIs absolute hi-fi really that important that I'd want to buy a music player that can only fit a few hundred songs on it? I'm not wishing failure on Neil Young and his Pono Player, but I also don't usually need to be able to hear the hairs rattling in his nose while he sings.
Most of the time I listen to music it's in the car or while I'm doing stuff around the house. For that, leaving my iPod on shuffle does the trick. If I really need to hear it that clearly, I'll buy the CD (and yes, I do still buy CD's for this reason) and I'll listen to it at home.
