Oooh. I just got my New Jersey Homestead rebate. Whoopty-fucking-doo! A hundred fifty dollars!
The tax on the average home is probably somewhere around five thousand dollars a year in northern NJ, and the state thinks that this is really going to help. And I wonder how much extra in accounting this "rebate" is actually costing.
