I really have to wonder whose idea it was to put "Save the Wildlife/Leads to waterways" tags on the storm drains in the center median of Route 3. I mean, really, if I was going to change the oil in my car and then dump the oil down a storm drain, would I really try to cross five lanes of traffic to use a storm drain in the middle of a highway?
Better question, who paid to have the tags put on the storm drains? And how did they even do it? They would have to block off a lane of traffic in order to do it. Sheesh.
I only even noticed the tags because I got caught in heavy traffic on my way home.
