Writer's Block: Dear LiveJournal

Been here since Feb. 2004. In that time I:
-have had the same job for pretty much the whole time, except for a brief stint last year when I was laid off.
-bought my own place. In practical terms, this means I moved from an apartment on one side of the street to a similar apartment on the other side of the street. The fact that it's mine, and that I have to pay a mortgage and taxes on it and stuff, makes me feel important. Or something.
-Had a long not-quite-a-relationship but more-than-friends-with-benefits that lasted a few years (I'm still good friends with the guy), and a real relationship that lasted a little more than a month (after which I never saw or heard from him again).
-Gained some weight. Lost it. Gained some of it back. Beard is now streaked with a little grey.
-Owned three cars, three cornputers, and three iPods.
-Lost count of how many times I helped friends move.
-Stopped going to Rocky. Still haven't started doing whatever it is that normal people do.
