(no subject)

I slid on the ice today. Route 280 wasn't moving, so I figured I'd try my luck with the local roads in East Orange. I guess they hadn't gotten around to salting in town. I gave myself a long distance to stop, I pumped my brakes, all to no avail. I slid a few hundred feet even though I was only going maybe 20 mph. Lucky, no damage to either car, so the lady driving the other car let it go, but it still had me on edge the rest of the way home. Crap.
