Feb. 27th, 2008 09:32 pmApparently, thw EMF waves coming off of high-tension power lines are strong enough to light up fluorescent lamps on the ground. The lamps aren't connected to any power source. The EMF waves coming off of the power lines are actually powerful enough to excite atoms in the lamps, causing them to light.
