For the first time in about seven years, I ate at a Waffle House. Bacon double patty melts on Texas toast are to die for. We really need to get a few of these places in New Jersey.
On second thought, maybe not. I'd hate to see greasy spoons like the White Rose displaced by Waffle Houses. I guess I'll just have to settle for having two that are an hour's drive away from me.
