If your town of 3000 people is built over an old mine that's slowly collapsing, wouldn't it be easier to just move the town, rather than spending $60 million over the next 20 years trying to pressure-inject grout into all of the underground holes?

We're not talking about saving downtown LA here. This is a teeny tiny village way out in the middle of nowhere. I mean, I know people grew up here and this is their home, but I think spending this much money to save a few buildings is absurd.
