Nov. 12th, 2006 03:07 pmIf you're a landlord, and a tenant complains that there's a crack in his ceiling directly above his toilet, and that water sometimes drips from said crack, wouldn't it make sense to conclude that the connection between the toilet and the sewer line on the floor above is leaking, and you should really fix that leak before you patch the crack in the ceiling?
Just checking. I once again have a crack in my ceiling with water leaking from it, as well as water damage on the wall behind my toilet.
