For those of you willing to make the pilgrimage, it is at the Hauté Chocolate Café, 711 West Penn Avenue, West Reading, PA 19611. If you don't make any stops, it's about a two hour drive from northern or central NJ.
The actual name of the drink was the "Aztec Hot Chocolate." It contains black chocolate, chipotle, amcho (no idea what this is), allspice, and cinnamon.
