Jan. 6th, 2006 10:53 pmI had a meeting at work today, for a very large office fit-out that my company designed for a client, and which is now nearing completion. After the meeting, we went up to tour the progress of the construction with some of the people that will be occupying the offices. I must have leaned on something, because I got dust all over my back.
We come back downstairs, and are standing around in the lobby of the building. While I am talking with somebody, the head contact of the client came up behind me and took the liberty of dusting my buttocks off. It was completely unexpected, and this guy is a military/hardass type, so I must have really given him a puzzled look. People are laughing. I told the head client, "I didn't realize that it was that kind of a party." He backed off, a little embarrased but laughing.
So, myah. That was my day.
