Now, for a real post.
May. 17th, 2005 11:12 pmI wish I had something interesting to post about, but I don't. I've just been doing the same stuff every week. Work. Maybe hang out with Monie one day this week. Hang out with friends. More work. Visit parents on Saturday. Do laundry. Catch a movie with John on the weekend. Cook something. Back to work. I've unwittingly become the main character from the movie "Fight Club" before he met Tyler Durden. I need a vacation.
Work's been divided between two projects lately: designing a huge office space (100,000 square feet) for a client, and finishing up a design for a light manufacturing facility that was done fast-track (this means they start work before the design is finished, so there are tons of changes and additions as the project goes on).
I see a lot of people can't wait to see Revenge of the Syph, or whatever it's called. People tell me watching a Star Wars movie is a moving experience. Big deal, so is eating a bowl of baked beans. Personally, I have never watched a Star Wars film. (am I the only one?) I dunno, maybe I'm wrong. *shrug*
Time to go to bed now, so I can repeat the cycle of work tomorrow.
