I know it's been a little warm lately, but it hasn't been that warm. I mean, 50 degrees in the middle of January isn't exactly skinny-dipping weather. Why is my neighbor running his air conditioner? Wouldn't it make more sense to just open the window and let the cool, free air outside cool off a too-warm apartment? I don't get people...
